Upbeat, Hilarious And Rebellious Headliners Slated For “Brava’s New Year’s Eve Comedy Fiesta.” Starring Tom Ammiano, Marga Gomez, Carla Clayy, and Featured Guests. On Saturday, Dec 31st “Brava’s New Year’s Eve Comedy Fiesta,” now in it’s fifth year, will lead the charge into uncharted territory (AKA the New Year) with a diverse line up of satirically endowed, provocatively charming, woke, witty and acclaimed stand up comedians. The laugh fest will be followed by dancing until 1AM, a celebrity DJ, complimentary midnight champagne, munchies and party hats. As we reel from the election aftermath Brava invites you to laugh, dance and reset with friends. Proceeds will benefit Brava! for Women in the Arts. “Brava’s New Year’s Eve Comedy Fiesta” will take place on Saturday, December 31st at 9pm. Reserved seating begins at $35. The evening will feature three headliners: Marga Gomez (GLAAD Award winner “Best Female Comedian 2016” Bay Area Reporter), Tom Ammiano (Comedian and politician, San Francisco Comedy Day, “Mother of Gay Comedy”), and Carla Clayy ( SXSW, SF Punchline and Cobbs). Festivities will be hosted by Priya Prasad (MTV’s “Beyond The Wall” and NBC’s “Last Comic Standing”) with special guests Butch Escobar (San Jose Improv, Hollywood Improv), and Chey Bell (Comedy Store and Laugh Factory, Los Angeles).
